Celebrate the 4th of July with this American flag treat! It is made with fresh mozzerella, watermelon and blueberries. I used a mini star cutter from my outer space bento cutting set (below). 

Inspired by Handmade Charlotte here, albeit a simplified version, these star sparklers are watermelon cut with a star cutter atop a cute paper straw! 

Here are the watermelon sparklers on a bed of blueberries and mini watermelon stars. 

These tasty treats are fun to make with children, and wonderful to serve to guests for the Fourth of July!
