We had some “thank you” cards to make, so we whipped out the paint and the trucks to get it done while having some fun!  A word: Choose your vehicles wisely. We went with our monster trucks. Fun for the bean, but messier than anticipated.  When you pull a truck back, his wheels spin. If the bean set one down, it would zoom off the table. If the bean kept them in hand, the paint would splatter through the air.  This turned out to be part of the fun of course.  The splash mat came in handy on the table, but what really saved the day is the old shower curtain (not pictured) that lined the floor below our art exploration zone!!!
